That said, if you want to review what was discussed on the text conversation, you can have a summary or the full transcription of the texts texted and/or emailed to you instantly. If you use our CRM you can also see the conversation summary and transcription attached to the caller's record.

Q: Can I customize the texts?

Absolutely! Your AI sends the first text with a greeting of your choice. You can have the text include your business name and/or introduce themself with a name that you choose.
